The public is welcome to attend AWDA Job Fairs. The events are free of charge. However, there is limited seating, so please arrive early to guarantee participation in the events. In order to attend the AWDA Job Fair, first time participants must complete an online AWDA application at www.atlantaworkforce.org and must have attended one ORIENTATION held on either Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

  • Cosmetic/Make-up Technicians/Sales
  • Custodial - General Cleaners

  • Floor Technicians
  • Health Insurance - Benefits Counselor/Enrollers  
  • Landscape Technicians
  • License Practical Nurse
  • Life Insurance - Benefits Specialist/Agent
  • Life Insurance - Sr. Level Manager
  • Life Insurance - Supervisor Agent 
  • Physical Therapist
  • Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Police Officers -Atlanta Police Dept.

    JOB FAIR REQUIREMENTS!  All Job Fair Attendees MUST:   

     
    • Completed AWDA online application
    • Have Experience on Resume that Match Skills Required for Position(s) you are Applying For
    • High School Diploma or GED (additional qualifications will be communicated at Job Fair)
    • Able to pass background and drug screen
    • Attended AWDA Orientation
    • Dressed in interview appropriate attire (no jeans/sneakers/gym attire/shorts)
    • Have RESUMES ready to present to employers
    • NO VISIBLE TATOOS / BODY PIERCINGS for AIRPORT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
